Ogden Marathon 3:47:33 Short-Term Running Goals: Qualify for Boston Long-Term Running Goals: I would love to qualify for Boston and just continue to get faster Personal: I am married and have 2 kids, they keep me smiling and definitely keep me busy. I began to have a passion for running because it keeps me healthy mentally and physically. Sometimes you just need to take a break and go for a run:) I want to push myself, I haven't had much experience with road races and I would love to get stronger and faster. | Was supposed to do 18 but the girls I ran with had to do 20 so I just did it. Felt pretty good got shakey about mile 19 I will need to have a banana about mile 16 next time! |

| Speed work 2.5 easy with 1.5 miles @ 9speed on treadmill then active recovery. 1 mile @ 9 speed then recovery and then 1/2 mile @ 9 speed. Tough workout felt good though! |
