Ogden Marathon 3:47:33 Short-Term Running Goals: Qualify for Boston Long-Term Running Goals: I would love to qualify for Boston and just continue to get faster Personal: I am married and have 2 kids, they keep me smiling and definitely keep me busy. I began to have a passion for running because it keeps me healthy mentally and physically. Sometimes you just need to take a break and go for a run:) I want to push myself, I haven't had much experience with road races and I would love to get stronger and faster. | Redrock Dixie Relay. 1st leg was hilly and I was supposed to run 7.15 and ran 8.65 because I got lost:/ 2nd leg was 7.43 and was easier than 1st leg but still had some good inclines! Great runs, average pace for 1st leg was 8 min pace. 2nd was 7:50 so I was happy with going faster on tired legs even though I wasn't super fast.

| Set out to run 14 but knew I wouldn't since I have felt like i've had bronchitis all week. I have felt mentally and physically weak and tired. My Tues run took a lot out of me and i prob shouldn't even have run at all. I just felt like crap today and hope this week doesn't set me back too far. |
